Homes has been in operation for the past 25 years, evolving into the
Property Development Company of today. The company’s portfolio shows
a diverse range of new and refurbished properties, throughout the
North East of Scotland. A core group run the Churchill Operation,
supported by a skilled team of Professionals. The Churchill
team are :-
Managing Director : Gordon Pirie
A civil engineer by profession, who started the business in 1989.
Gordon’s pivotal role in the company is to seek out new developments
although he still commands a strong “hands on” approach to the general
running of the business.
Director – Liz Mitchell
Liz has been with the company since 1989, she has worked in all
sectors of the company and is now responsible for the financial
running of the business.
Technical and Design Manager - Kenny Clubb
Kenny joined the company in 2002, after having spent the previous
8 years in private architecture practice, following 5 years in the
design office of a large main contractor. He is responsible for
the project management of contracts within the company and produces
the conceptual designs for the various schemes constructed
Designer – Gillian Crooks
Gillian joined the company in 2004 after attaining a BSc (Hons) in Interior Architecture. Her main aim is to ensure the smooth passage of information from client to contractor. Gillian’s interior design talents are utilised in the design of our show homes.
Administrator – Elaine Egeli
Elaine’s main role is to liaise with the on site sales
offices and the design team to ensure the smooth transition of our
clients wishes/requirements.
